Order Cancellation & Returns

You can return or exchange your order within 07 days of receiving it.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 07 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order, with no extra fees.

Return Conditions

Products can be returned only if:

• Purchased within the last 07 days

• Unused and in original packaging

Items That Cannot Be Returned

• Customized or personalized products

• Items that cannot be resold due to hygiene or health reasons

• Products mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
